Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Recreation Supervisor at Conrad Orlando to oversee pool, fitness, and related programming, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations. You will lead a team, manage setup, and uphold safety and service standards to create memorable experiences for guests.

You’ll collaborate across departments, monitor inventory, and drive exceptional hospitality, aligning with Hilton’s values of integrity, leadership, and teamwork.

• Manage inventory: oversee linen, amenities, and F&B supplies.

• Supervise recreation operations: Oversee recreation-related pool, fitness center, and food & beverage services, activities, and programming
• Lead the recreation team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members
• Oversee recreation set up: Manage chair and cabana setup, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities; oversee furniture setup for special events
• Deliver exceptional service: Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Manage inventory and supplies: Oversee linen, amenities, and food & beverage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and minimize loss
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
