Required is an Associate's degree in Nursing with BLS, and one year of acute care experience. VA or compact licensure is needed; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit, with nursing leadership responsibilities as applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• One year of Nursing/Patient Care in an acute care setting is required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions required or, Compact State Licensure in Nursing required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and/or PALS certifications may be required depending on unit; additional de-escalation training may be expected.

• Provide direct and indirect total nursing care for assigned patients.
• Supervise assigned personnel and coordinate care with the team.
• Interpret and communicate policies and procedures; document and present information clearly.
• Maintain essential clinical competencies and ensure patient safety across shifts.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses in accordance with regulations.
