Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Recovery Coordinator in Tehachapi/Bakersfield, CA to provide outreach, case management, and mental health rehabilitation services. You will support individuals toward stability, coordinate assessments and follow-up care, and connect clients with community resources while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role requires driving to client sites, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• AA, AS, or BA in human services, psychology, or related field and one year of related experience, or two years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of case management or psychiatric treatment experience.
• Valid California driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Coordinate and manage services to implement care plans.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention.
• Maintain client contact including home visits and documentation.
