Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Recovery Technician for a temporary full-time days shift in Loveland, CO. This role supports a multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring patient safety and adherence to policies, with opportunities to convert to direct hire.

Schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, with compensation of $17–$20 per hour. The position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge and skills in English usage and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to implement and interpret department programs and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries with patients.
• Knowledge of surrounding geographic area for routing efficiency.
• Ability to organize and prioritize competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and report observations to clinical staff.
• Follow reporting and communication guidelines with staff and patients.
• Complete daily logs and forms accurately and on time.
• Maintain daily schedules and structure around transport and meals.
• Provide patient observation rounds and monitor activities during shifts.
• Promote recreational activities and pro-social coping skills.
• Ensure patient wellbeing and a positive, structured environment.
• Assist with transport of patients to/from facilities.
• Support group sessions and document activities per policy.
• Maintain facility cleanliness under leadership direction.
• Collaborate with clinical and medical staff as needed.
• Respond to emergencies with counseling and administrative staff.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
