Job summary

Paramount Schools of Excellence, Inc. is seeking a PSOE Recovery Teacher to maintain a supportive MTSS-based environment for students in Recovery.

You will provide direct instruction, monitor progress, and collaborate with principals, teachers, and support staff to ensure IEP/504 compliance and family engagement. The role emphasizes data-driven instruction, behavior management, and documentation to support student growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in educational settings and MTSS-based behavior support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and reporting requirements.
• Experience with data-driven instruction and documentation of IEPs/504 plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and feedback to Recovery students.
• Supervise independent work time and tutoring.
• Collaborate with teachers to prepare standards-based work.
• Deliver instruction in small groups and individually.
• Implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans and 504/IEP compliance.
• Maintain records and reports per administration requests.
• Support school culture and parent communication as needed.
• Work with leadership to ensure safety and adherence to laws and policies.
