Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• On-the-job training provided in behavioral health or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a structured, therapeutic and safe environment.
• Monitor and assist with self-administration of medication per policies.
• Support treatment goals and recovery-focused activities with clients.
• Observe and document client behavior and report concerns to clinical staff.
