Job summary

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation seeks dedicated staff to assist clients and staff with daily treatment team needs within organizational guidelines. You will review observations, help with scheduling, and ensure safety compliance while supporting medication services and unit operations.

The role involves accompanying residents to appointments, managing minor tasks, and contributing to a compassionate recovery environment in a large nonprofit treatment network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 21+ years of age and ability to pass a background check.
• Current CPR certification from ARC or American Heart Association is required or obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and staff with team needs and treatment process within guidelines.
• Review patient activities and relate observations to staff.
• Ensure building compliance with safety regulations and assist with scheduling and clerical tasks.
• Provide medications monitoring and driving responsibilities as needed.
• Accompany residents to appointments and support therapeutic goals.
