Job summary

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, a leading nonprofit in addiction recovery, seeks staff to support treatment teams and patients across our Minnesota sites. You will assist with daily operations, scheduling, medication support, and safety compliance in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, background check clearance, CPR certification, and relevant professional certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years of age.
• Must pass a state/license specific background check.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days.
• Certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and staff with team needs throughout the facility.
• Support the treatment process within organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Review patient activities and relate findings to staff.
• Ensure building safety and fire compliance; provide clerical support.
• Assist in patient scheduling and management of unit office.
• Monitor and support recovery activities and accompany residents to appointments.
• Assist with medication management and toxicology screenings.
• Support residents' vocational goals.
