Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) to support women in recovery at a trauma-informed center. You will monitor residents, document observations, supervise medication, assist with meals, housekeeping, transportation, and respond to emergencies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and teamwork, ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred; coursework in social work or related fields a plus; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently; valid driver's license; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed post-hire.

Additional info: Local travel may be required; compensation is $17.75/hour. The role involves providing daily support, encouragement, and structure in a safe environment to aid residents' recovery journey.
