Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate Support Professionals for a trauma-informed residential program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants up to 3 months old. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork.

DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed after hire. Local travel may be necessary; pay rate is $17.75/hour, with 2nd shift (3:45 p.m.

Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift)

Seeking compassionate Support Professionals for a trauma-informed residential treatment program supporting adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants up to 3 months old.

Key responsibilities include providing daily support, encouragement, and structure to residents, monitoring their well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, facilitating activities, and transporting residents to appointments.

The role involves documentation, supporting residents in achieving treatment goals, collecting specimens, and attending staff meetings and trainings.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with experience in human services preferred. Coursework in social work or related fields is a plus.

Essential skills include strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, maintaining professional boundaries, and independent work. A valid driver’s license is required, and DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed after hire.

Local travel within the community may be necessary. This position offers a pay rate of $17.75/hour, with work scheduled for 2nd shift (3:45 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.), including every other weekend.
