Job summary

MEP Health in Eau Claire, WI seeks an Adult Residential Support Professional to provide direct care in a residential treatment setting for adult males, supporting recovery through supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching.

You will monitor residents, assist with treatment plans, support daily activities and transportation, and participate in educational programs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in human services or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
