You will monitor safety, conduct room checks, assist with medications, and coordinate activities while maintaining detailed logs and documentation. A high school diploma or GED is required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relations with staff, other agencies, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions; take head counts during hourly runs; document in log.
• Screen clients' belongings, monitor movement, and sign-out book.
• Coordinate in-house activities based on schedule (chores, breaks, exercise, visits).
• Maintain accurate daily census and report infractions to staff.
• Conduct client orientation sessions, seminars and morning meetings.
• May transport or assist clients to appointments.
