Gaudenzia's Recovery Support Professional - House of Healing in Erie, PA is a part-time role supporting residents in a 24/7 program. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assist with admissions, daily activities, and safety.

The job requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to cover shifts. Prior experience in substance use recovery and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) are a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with limited driving violations.
• Flexible availability for 24/7 program staffing.
• Experience in substance use recovery is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Screen and process new admissions.
• Monitor client movement and maintain census.
• Coordinate in-house activities per schedule (chores, breaks, visits).
• Maintain daily census and report incidents to staff.
• Conduct orientation sessions and morning meetings.
