Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. seeks a Recovery Support Professional to assist with client admissions, daily activities, and safety within a 24/7 program in Lower Bucks. A valid driver's license and the ability to work varied shifts are preferred.

You will help monitor client movement, document daily census, and support program operations while upholding Gaudenzia's mission of promoting long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and aid their adjustment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relations with staff and public.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions; document hourly runs and client movement.
• Monitor client movement and sign-out book; ensure security and safety.
• Coordinate in-house activities per schedule, including chores, breaks, and visits.
• Supervise medication administration as needed; conduct room searches.
• Maintain daily census; report infractions and incidents to staff.
• Complete written reports and electronic incident reports as required.
