Recovery Support Specialist - Full Time, Day Shift. Includes two weekends per month. This position is eligible for applicable shift differentials.
Provide care and support to patients in all programs level of care which includes but not limited to reporting of patient medical concern or medical observation concern, point-of-care testing, biometrics, echocardiograms (EKG), specimen collection, activities of daily living (ADL’s), mobility assistance, language services, observation checks, witness to skin assessment, medical observation, psychiatric observation, patient transfers, discharges, and assistance with medical procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide patient care and support. For patient care needs, this is an on-site role. Communicate and exchange information clearly verbally and electronically. Consistently mobile, traversing general office and facility areas to monitor patient areas. Occasional computer and phone, general office equipment use.
