The St. James in Bethesda is seeking a part-time Recovery Suite Concierge to ensure exceptional guest experiences in our Recovery Suite. You will greet clients, manage check-ins, support scheduling, and assist with memberships and packages tailored to visit history.

The role requires passion for sports or athletic recovery, comfort with tech, and strong communication. Evening and weekend availability is expected in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a luxury or high-end client service environment.
• Interest in sports, fitness, or athletic recovery and improving client experience.
• Comfort with desktop, mobile, and tablet tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, check-in/out, and manage consent forms using the Zenoti platform.
• Maintain client records and organize retail shelves.
• Handle appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and rebookings.
• Sell memberships and create customized packages based on visit history.
• Coordinate services for group bookings, including scheduling, deposits, and contracts.
• Assist the medical practitioner with supplies, treatment setup, and client preparation.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has an interest in sports and athletic recovery. The Recovery Suite Concierge plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience in our Recovery Suite.
