Our mission is to help individuals and families achieve personal change and improve quality of life.

We are seeking a Recovery Specialist for the Substance Use CSS location in Brockton. A high school diploma is required; per diem is available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of substance use disorders and mental health conditions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and boundaries.
• Observe and document patient status to maintain safety and a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete property searches and monitor clients while maintaining safety.
• Record hourly checks and document observations.
• Escort patients to meals and breaks.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Pay range: $20 - $24 per hour
Shift: Friday & Saturday, 2nd shift
Status: Per Diem Available

Recovery Specialist Duties & Responsibilities

• Applicants should have knowledge of substance use disorders & mental health conditions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, & boundaries
• Complete property searches, monitor clients while maintaining a therapeutic, safe, & calm unit
• Observation & accounting of patients at all times insuring safety (hourly checks w/ documentation)
• Escorting patients to meals & fresh air breaks
• Attends required meetings & mandatory trainings

Recovery Specialist Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• 403b - Retirement
