The role requires 32 hours weekly, 3rd shift (Friday-Monday, 11:00pm-7:30am) and involves maintaining a safe environment, assisting with admissions and discharges, and transporting clients as needed. The position emphasizes client dignity, teamwork with interdisciplinary staff, and basic computer/EHR use.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred, not required.
• Excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
• Independent judgment to determine appropriate action in emergencies.
• Ability to communicate in writing and orally within a diverse setting.
• Basic computer skills to enter data and use EHR.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a safe environment at all times with emphasis on high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate movement of clients around the building and grounds safely.
• Provide transportation for clients using the program vehicle when needed.
• Conduct alcohol and drug screens on clients respectfully.
• Assist with admission and discharge procedures as required.
• Oversee housekeeping with light duties to keep units clean and orderly.
