Pay: $17.00-$21.15 hourly + up to $1.50 shift differential (varies by shift)

Shift: 5PM - 1:00AM

Job Duties:
  • Transport clients for admission, discharge, medical appointments, etc.
  • Provide orientation to new clients and check in personal property.
  • Ensure client safety by monitoring whereabouts, making rounds, and conducting overnight bed checks.
  • Complete DAANES reports as directed.
  • Interact with clients whenever possible.
  • Attend shift change report meetings.
  • Assist in the client discharge process.
  • Chart interactions and observations in clients’ records.
  • Attend staff meetings and in-service training.
  • Distribute medications and perform other duties as directed by the Nurse Manager.
  • Follow through with the admission, transfer, or discharge process as directed.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a DHS background study or obtain an exemption directly from DHS.
