Job summary

EOSIS, a behavioral health care provider in Pine City, MN, is seeking a full-time Recovery Specialist for 1st shift. You will support clients through their recovery journey, delivering guidance to promote positive outcomes and ensuring understanding of program responsibilities.

The position offers a $18-$21 per hour pay range, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits such as time off, health/dental/vision insurance, tuition assistance, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• ,21+ years old requirement specified in job ad.
• Experience in a residential treatment center environment is helpful but not required.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients for admission, discharge, medical appointment, etc.
• Provide orientation to new clients and check in personal property
• Ensure client safety by rounds and checks per program plan
• Interact with clients regularly
• Attend shift change reports and department meetings
• Assist with admissions and discharge process
• Record client interactions in electronic charting system
• Attend trainings and perform other duties as assigned
