EOSIS in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Recovery Specialist for the 2nd shift to support clients on their recovery journey. This full-time role provides hands-on guidance, ensures safety, and helps individuals understand program requirements.

You will work with a caring team, participate in admissions, conduct rounds, and document interactions in client records. 21+ years old, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• CPR and first aid certified is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and remotely if needed.
• Valid driver’s license is required and must be able to drive for up to 3 hours.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients for admission, discharge, medical appointments, etc.
• Provide orientation to new clients and check personal property.
• Ensure client safety with rounds per program procedures.
• Interact with clients to provide support and monitoring.
• Attend shift change and department meetings.
• Assist with admissions and discharge processes.
• Document interactions in the client record via electronic charting.
• Attend staff trainings and required in-service sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
