Job summary

Northeast Recovery is seeking a Recovery Specialist for the 3rd shift (11 PM–7:30 AM) to supervise residents in a safe, structured environment and coordinate with the Clinical Treatment team. You will help ensure adherence to agency standards and maintain proper documentation while supporting clients' recovery journey.

Ideal candidates have CPR certification preferred, a high school diploma (preferred), and 1+ year of 12-Step fellowship experience.

Qualifications

  • CPR Certification preferred.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • 1+ year of 12-Step fellowship experience required.
  • 2 years in treatment industry preferred.
  • CNA, Behavioral Health Tech, Mental Health Tech, Recovery Specialist, or Residential Counselor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct client supervision.
  • Facilitating and co-facilitating client non-clinical groups.
  • Providing safe client transportation.
  • Maintaining documentation according to agency and licensing requirements.

Northeast Recovery is a network of Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment Facilities that provide a variety of levels of care to those who are prepared to begin their journey toward recovery.Shift: 3rd Shift (11 PM- 7:30 AM)Salary $16.00 - $18.00 hour (plus overnight shift differentials)Job Summary The Recovery Specialist is the first step to starting your career in Recovery. You will be responsible for providing a safe, structured and closely supervised residential living environment. You will maintain consistent adherence to established policies and procedures.
