EOSIS in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a part-time Recovery Specialist to support individuals through their recovery journey, guiding clients through the program and offering encouragement, structure, and consistent, compassionate oversight.

This 3rd shift role (11:00 pm–7:30 am) pays $16–$21 per hour, with shift differential available. EOSIS provides paid time off, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement planning options.

In this role, you’ll guide clients through their recovery journey by ensuring they understand their responsibilities within the program and offering encouragement, structure, and support every step of the way. Our residential/detox/op programs involve close contact with individuals in the formative phase of their recovery.

Pay: $16 - $21 / hour

Shift: Part-Time, 3rd Shift - Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
