Job summary

Brighton Center, Inc. in Florence, KY is seeking a Recovery Services Coordinator to lead program management and ensure effective service delivery that meets community needs while upholding the agency mission.

This exempt, full-time role includes supervision, collaboration, and compliance responsibilities. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (CADC preferred), has at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and experience with women who have substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. College experience or CADC preferred and/or combination of education/training and expertise (professional and/or lived).
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of or experience working with women with substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Understand dynamics of substance use disorder and recovery.
• Build, lead, and support team.
• Demonstrate and model staff responsibilities and competencies.
• Demonstrate understanding of fiscal oversight and budget management.
• Follow and lead the Recovery Kentucky Model and DOC stipulations resulting in positive completions of the program.
• Ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain safety, secure, and nurturing environment for residents, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
• Collaborate throughout agency and with community partners.
