Job summary
Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Recovery Room team. The RN is a professional who assumes responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in accordance with evidence-based practice.
Full-Time or .8 FTE with on-call rotation; required ADN, BSN preferred; Wisconsin or Michigan RN license; BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on department; Aspirus offers full benefits, PTO from day
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Certification in specialty desired.
- Minimum of three years RN experience in a comparable setting.
- Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license.
- Maintains specialty certification as per department scope.
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- ACLS/PALS/NRP certification may be required based on department.
Responsibilities
- Provides assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
- Delivers evidence-based nursing care.
- Contributes to quality improvement by data collection and analysis.
