Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, DE is seeking a Nursing Assistant I for the Recovery Room. You will deliver direct patient care under supervision and assist with activities of daily living in a fast-paced post-anesthesia setting.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, active CNA certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of direct patient care experience. Bayhealth offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for eligible positions.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA certification in any state.
• BLS certification required.
• Completed CNA/MA/PCT training and clinical lab simulation.
• 1+ year of direct patient care experience (HHA/MA/PCT/Nursing Assistant).

Mansioni

• Follow plan of care established by RN.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
• Communicate patient information to nurse promptly.
• Respond to call lights and intercom promptly.
• Assist with diagnostic/therapeutic exams per guidelines.
• Perform sitter duties for safety as assigned.
• Assist other team members as needed.
