Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc is seeking an RN - Recovery to provide post-operative nursing care in a same-day surgery setting. You will collaborate with the clinical team to implement physician orders, monitor patient status, and ensure proper discharge planning.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license, and possess current BLS and ACLS certifications. This on-site role emphasizes patient safety and confidentiality throughout care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, develops and implements total nursing care for post-operative patients.
• Records and reports symptoms, reactions and changes in conditions.
• Administers medications and treatments ordered by physicians.
• Cares and discharges post-operative patients according to policy.
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality for patients and staff.
• Provides psychological support to patients and/or families.
