Job summary

Bleuler Psychotherapy Center is seeking a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) for a full-time position in Queens, NY. The role supports recovery-oriented services, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and uses lived experience to inspire hope and empowerment for participants.

You will provide peer-based support, assist with engagement in treatment, and help connect individuals to community resources while maintaining timely EHR documentation and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• CRPA training: 30 hours Recovery Coach Training and 16 hours Peer Ethics Training.
• NYCB CRPA credential or CRPA-P is required.
• Experience in a recovery-oriented setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-based recovery support using lived experience.
• Build relationships and encourage engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support recovery goals.
• Provide non-clinical crisis support and navigation.
