The position is based in New York's Southern Tier with a day shift and 40 hours per week, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for certification within 24 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum required education: HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Must receive Peer Support Specialist Certification within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support, information, and advocacy to individuals with serious, persistent illness.
• Engage with patients hospitalized at UHS Hospitals and assist in recovery and community reintegration.
