Qualifications

• Lived recovery experience required or strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support using lived recovery experience.
• Support members in identifying goals and recovery objectives.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Assist with daily cleanliness and facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff and complete documentation.
