Job summary

Recovery Corps, powered by Ampact, is seeking a Recovery Navigator to provide peer support and guidance to individuals maintaining progress in recovery. You will build relationships with participants, help them navigate resources, and develop personalized recovery action plans.

You will draw on your own recovery experience to mentor others, connect them with services, and track progress. This full-time AmeriCorps role includes ongoing training and opportunities to share your journey with the

Qualifications

• Must be in recovery for at least one uninterrupted year.
• Dependable with good attendance history.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain a service schedule.
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with participants.
• Provide mentoring and peer support using personal recovery experience.
