Norwalkautoauction is seeking a Recovery Lot Attendant to handle recovered vehicles and prepare them for auction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a clean California driver’s license. Overview

The Recovery Lot Attendant takes in the vehicles that are recovered and ensures that they are prepared to go to Auction in a safe a professional manner. The Recovery Lot Attendant will work with a team to prepare all vehicles going to Auction.The ideal candidate has a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. He or she must have great communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. Candidates must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions and safely maneuver vehicles in tight and small spaces. Previous experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take Photos of cars that are repossessed.
• Recovery and Secure personal property from recovered vehicles.

• Performs other duties as assigned..

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No experience necessary but previous experience in a similar role a PLUS!
• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• MUST be extremely organized!!
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Ability to use a slim Jim is helpful.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and internet skills with the ability to use an iPad.
• Previous experience in a similar role a plus.
• Must be customer service oriented.
