Making Things Better Sober Living in Phoenix, Arizona is hiring a compassionate and dependable Live in House Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in the recovery or sober living environment and must hold a valid driver’s license. Duties include providing support to residents and managing house operations.

Benefits include private room, meals, and household essentials. After the probationary training, qualified candidates may receive a stipend in addition to housing benefits.

Making Things Better (MTB) Sober Living is looking for a compassionate, dependable leader to join our team!

Qualifications

• Experience in recovery or sober living preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Peer Support Certification preferred
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred
• If you do not currently have a Peer Support Certification or Fingerprint Clearance Card, you must be eligible and willing to obtain them.
• Minimum of 9 months clean and sober
