Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) within six months of hire.
• Experience with behavioral health services similar to SCCMHA system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with case managers to implement person-centered plans.
• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Assist consumers with tasks related to their plan, appointments, prescriptions, and transportation.
• Participate in trainings, staff development, and team meetings.
• Advocate for consumers with severe and persistent mental illness.
