Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Educated in recovery principles; formal training in a state-approved peer support program preferred.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist with the State of Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Lincoln Adult Integrated Care Team in the outpatient program.
• Model recovery principles and collaborate with the clinical team to support participants.
