• Collaborate with Clinical Director in a multi-disciplinary team to support clients.
• Assist clients in articulating recovery goals and action steps.
• Help establish self-help groups and connect clients to existing groups.
• Use WRAP to help clients create personal wellness and recovery plans.
• Guide clients in job search skills, housing, and transportation access.
• Maintain client files and participate in ongoing education.
