Job summary

Harmony Haven LLC is seeking compassionate MHRT-C professionals to join our behavioral health team, delivering community-based rehabilitation for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. You will collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and residential staff to support recovery and independence.

Ideal candidates hold MHRT-C certification (provisional or full), a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Maine driver's license.

Qualifications

• MHRT-C certification or eligibility required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Maine driver's license with clean record.
• Criminal background checks required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based rehabilitation and recovery support services.
• Assist individuals in developing independent living, social, vocational, and coping skills.
• Support residents in achieving goals identified in treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with clinicians, medical providers, and community agencies.
• Assist individuals with accessing medical, housing, employment, education resources.
• Teach daily living skills including budgeting, medication management, transportation planning, and self-care.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Complete documentation per MaineCare and agency requirements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Transport clients and assist with transportation bookings within 72 hours.
