The position offers full-time hours, a competitive salary of $57,616 annually, DailyPay, and opportunities for supervision, professional development, and collaborative, multidisciplinary care.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a human services field.
• Active state license (LPC, LCSW, LISW, or equivalent).
• Experience providing behavioral health treatment services.
• Experience developing treatment plans.
• Familiarity with electronic health records.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Ability to obtain required clearances.
• Completed licensure trainings.

Aufgaben

• Conduct intake assessments and recommend treatment.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Coordinate services with residential staff and community partners.
• Maintain clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Supervise non-licensed staff as needed.
