Job summary
Gateway CSB in Brunswick, GA seeks dedicated staff to assist with daily living activities, vocational training, and community integration for individuals in behavioral health services. You will support service plans, provide life skills instruction, transportation, and recovery-oriented services in both community-based and residential settings.
Work closely with treatment teams, document progress, and help develop and implement Individual Service Plans.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of agency confidentiality policies and HIPAA requirements.
- Knowledge of individualized service plans and person-centered practices.
- Knowledge of behavioral health service delivery, documentation requirements, and treatment planning.
- Knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations governing behavioral health services.
- Knowledge of agency safety policies and risk management procedures.
- Knowledge of community resources and available support services.

- Direct care and supervision of consumers.
