Job summary

Hope Is Alive Ministries is seeking a Healing Strategist to lead teaching classes and walk residents through a structured 45-day program at The Healing Center. You will build knowledge, skills, and a Christ-centered foundation for lasting recovery.

You will meet residents one-on-one, track progress with care, and collaborate with the care team to align on each resident’s journey while developing and refining curriculum based on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent teaching/recovery experience.
• Strong public speaking and group facilitation skills.
• One-on-one relational skills to walk residents through progress.
• Solid understanding of HIA's program and recovery principles.
• Genuine care for residents and Christ-centered mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes for residents covering curriculum and recovery principles.
• Meet with residents one-on-one during the 45-day stay.
• Track progress and adjust support as needed.
• Coordinate with Resident Care Specialists and clinical staff.
• Develop curriculum based on feedback and outcomes.
• Perform other duties to support organizational goals.
