Job summary

Hope Is Alive Ministries in Jones, OK is seeking a Healing Strategist to lead teaching classes and walk with residents through their 45-day stay at The Healing Center, guiding each resident toward lasting recovery through Jesus Christ.

This role requires active support of our faith-based mission, with responsibilities including developing engaging class content, meeting residents one-on-one, tracking progress, coordinating with care staff, and continuously improving curriculum to fit residents'

Qualifications

• Comfortable teaching and leading groups.
• Strong one-on-one relational skills.
• Solid understanding of HIA's program and recovery principles.
• Genuine care and commitment to Christ-centered mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching classes for residents covering curriculum and recovery principles.
• Meet one-on-one with residents regularly during their 45-day stay.
• Track and document residents' progress through the program.
• Prepare engaging, biblically grounded class content.
• Coordinate with care teams to align on resident progress.
