• Conduits client assessments focused on history, presentation, problem areas, and risk.
• Conducts ongoing assessments of chemical dependence services required by the program.
• Prepares and documents treatment planning and progress reviews.
• Performs group, individual, or family counseling and applies evidence-based modalities.
• Provides client and family education on substance abuse and psychiatric issues.
• Ensures timely, clear documentation of client care, treatment and incidents.
