Provides services to patients enrolled with the Regional Behavioral Health Authority. Requires communication and coordination with the Crisis Response Center, medical providers, Behavioral Health Inpatient providers, law enforcement, courts, other Behavioral Health agencies, the RBHA, and other county, State, and governmental agencies.
