Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Human service-related degree preferred (AS/BA/MA).
• Driver's license and agency minimum auto coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group recovery support.
• Assist access to housing, medical care, education, and recovery supports.
• Collaborate with clinicians, peer specialists, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain documentation and required reporting.
• Provide client transportation as indicated; travel and driving required.
