Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of mental/behavioral health experience in many states required.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and support clients through their recovery journey.
• Provide support and intervention aligned with the treatment plan.
• Engage clients to develop healthy connections with peers and staff.
• Assist in food prep and meal supervision.
• Expose clients to therapeutic groups and develop core skills.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments.
