Monte Nido Clementine Calabasas is seeking a part-time Recovery Coach for the evening shift (2:30–11:00 PM) to support adolescents on their path to recovery from eating disorders.

Located in Calabasas, CA, the program provides meals, groups, and clinical supervision; you will assist with meals, observe sessions, and help build healthy coping skills. The position offers competitive pay and benefits through the site’s total rewards package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years post-high school education; Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License with safe driving history.
• Good communication and client relations skills; service orientation; flexibility; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through their recovery journey per the treatment plan.
• Engage clients to develop healthy connections with peers and staff.
• Assist in food prep and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Expose clients to therapeutic groups and help develop core skills.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients to appointments and activities.

Recovery Coach (Part-Time, Evening Shift)

Monte Nido Clementine Calabasas, located in Calabasas, CA, is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide the empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

We are seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to join the Clementine team.

Anticipated Schedule: Mon/Tue/Sat, Evening Shift (2:30 - 11:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $23 - $27/ hr
