Position: Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)

Responsibilities: Monitoring and communicating with clients, leading rehabilitation groups under supervision, supporting daily living activities, and assisting in crisis intervention. Accurate documentation per policies is required.

Schedule:
- Full-Time: Morning (7 AM - 3:30 PM), Evening (3 PM - 11:30 PM), Overnight (11 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Part-Time: Morning and Overnight shifts

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting (training may substitute experience, e.g., 52-hour in-service)
• Valid CA driver’s license and passing DMV check for driving duties
