Crestwood is seeking an Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) to support residents in a Crisis Residential Treatment Program. You will monitor, communicate with clients, lead rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assist in crisis intervention as needed.

This entry-level role offers flexible scheduling (Full-Time/Part-Time/On-Call) with a pay range of $23–$24.17 per hour and comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the Director of Nursing, the Program Director, or a designee.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
