Eliot Community Human Services in Massachusetts is seeking an empathetic CBHC Recovery Coach to provide in-home support and addiction-related treatment within our Community Behavioral Health Center program.

Eliot is seeking an empatheticCBHC Recovery Coach dedicated to providing quality treatment and support to clients. Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults.
Recovery Coaches are an essential part of the supportive workforce within the CBHC, playing an integral part in developing support and individualized treatment plans for clients. The ideal candidate will provide in-home support and services to clients, primarily focusing on addiction related services. This person should ensure that treatment goals are culturally competent, realistic, attainable and promote recovery.
Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Non-Certified Recovery Coach- $19.23
Certified Recovery Coach- $23.08
Hourly Rate: $19.23 USD - $23.08 USD
