Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Massachusetts is seeking an empathetic CBHC Recovery Coach to provide in-home support and addiction-related treatment within our Community Behavioral Health Center program.

As part of a compassionate, mission-driven team, you will develop individualized treatment plans, support clients in the community, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lived experience and sustained recovery.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness/substance abuse.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement for individuals.
• Utilize lived experience to support and educate the client’s recovery.
• Provide client perspectives to multidisciplinary team.
• Assist the team and individuals with ongoing assessment and evaluation of symptoms and effectiveness of staff interventions.
• Contribute to the development of treatment plans for each client, including triage/urgent care and CBHC team services.
• Support stabilization and evaluations in the community, focusing on developing in-home support for adults during behavioral health emergencies, with an emphasis on addiction treatment.

Eliot is seeking an empatheticCBHC Recovery Coach dedicated to providing quality treatment and support to clients. Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults.

Recovery Coaches are an essential part of the supportive workforce within the CBHC, playing an integral part in developing support and individualized treatment plans for clients. The ideal candidate will provide in-home support and services to clients, primarily focusing on addiction related services. This person should ensure that treatment goals are culturally competent, realistic, attainable and promote recovery.

Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rates

Non-Certified Recovery Coach- $19.23

Certified Recovery Coach- $23.08

Hourly Rate: $19.23 USD - $23.08 USD
