Job Details

• Start Date: 03/19/2025
• Location: Haverhill, MA and surrounding areas
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

The Recovery Coach Is Responsible For

• Promoting recovery and removing barriers to recovery.
• Serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or in recovery from addiction.
• Modeling recovery principles and practices at all times.
• Providing linkages to recovery-oriented supports and community-based programs.
• Serving as a liaison between the recovery community, treatment systems, and the individual's social context.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of uninterrupted recovery; 3-5 years preferred.
• Recovery coach certification within the first 12 months of employment.
• Ability to use Electronic Health Records.
• Strong communication, follow-through, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Effective communication in English and the primary language of the program.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a safe, insured vehicle for transportation.
